A couple of hours past the deadline, but we're happy to bring you the 26th print issue of the year -- our halfway mark. It's a good one:
* Chris Miller & Vlad Lavrov are in Donetsk Oblast and find the humanitarian crisis is deepening as Olena Goncharova brings readers up to date on the latest soldiers killed.
* Renat Kuzmin, the bombastic former deputy chief prosecutor who helped gain politically motivated convictions against President Viktor Yanukovych's political enemies, has an arrest warrant out for him and is missing.
* We have three stellar investigations, all long in the works:

-- the mysterious financial dealings between Azerbaijan and Moldova; and
