Revisiting Jamala's 2016 Eurovision victory

Ukraine, two years into Russia's war and Petro Poroshenko-era corruption, got a big lift.

-- I am in Brussels, where NATO members are trying to figure out what to do about Russia — tougher sanctions and a timeline are not in the cards. Compared to 2014, Ukraine has moved down the alliance's agenda.
