Donald's math on Ukraine is off by a factor of 4. The disrespect he shows Ukrainians fighting for their lives is off the charts.
Donald Trump, surrounded by JD Vance, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., and his son Donald Jr., will be a disaster for Ukraine if reelected.

βEvery time Zelensky comes to the United States, he walks away with $100 billion. I think he's the greatest salesman on earth,β The Donald claimed Tuesday in Georgia.
Donald, it is your democratic right to suggest another U.S. policy on Ukraine. You live in a free country. Which incidentally is what the Ukrainians are sacrificing their lives for. But you making the Ukrainians out to be gangsters only after American tax payers' money - only because it suits your political agenda - is not OK, Donald. It is base, vile even.

Refuting the crazy figures you throw around, Donald, is, in fact, fairly easy. I will use real, adult figures, Donald, as those provided by The Kiel Institute for the World Economy, generally recognised as the authority on these matters:
No Donald, the U.S. has not given Ukraine $300 billion, as you claimed yesterday. You are wrong by a factor of 4. That's pretty poor math, Donald.
Total U.S. assistance since the war started 2.5 years ago - all, military, humanitarian and financial aid included - is $75 billion (not 300).
And no, Donald, the Europeans are not βdodging their commitmentsβ, in the same period Europe has contributed $110 billion to Ukraine.
To compare commitments, Denmark spends 1.8% of its GDP to support Ukraine, the Baltic countries almost as much β while the U.S.A. only spends 0.3% of its GDP on Ukraine. The U.K. 0.5% and Germany 0.4%.
Those are the REAL NUMBERS, Donald.
On this blog, we have in recent months published several materials analysing and fact checking Donald Trumpβs utterances on Ukraine as well as looking into what Americans think and say about Ukraine, have a look at our archive:
As a business man he is unable to view relationships through anything other than a quid-pro-quo mentality, where you don't get money for nothing. The bigger picture is beyond him. I don't think I've ever seen a political leader with so little understanding of foreign policy than him, except for a few tin-pot dictators from 3rd world countries.
Plus a lot of the money USA gives to Ukraine, I donβt know the percentage and maybe you can check, is actually spent in the USA for the purchase of American made arms, so this is a benefit to employment in the USA and its economy.
